All services are subject to a formal agreement or proposal accepted by both parties before work commences.
All projects begin with a documented scope of work, agreed upon in writing (email, WhatsApp, or formal proposal). Any feature or requirement not included in the original scope will be treated as a change request and may incur additional charges.
Estimated timelines are provided in good faith based on the agreed scope. Delays caused by the Client (e.g., late content submission, delayed feedback, or payment delays) may extend the project timeline without penalty to the Company.
The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content (text, images, logos, videos) in a timely manner. Crystal Web Solutions will not be held responsible for delays resulting from missing or incomplete client-supplied materials.
Each project package includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Additional revisions beyond the agreed limit will be billed at our standard hourly rate.
A minimum deposit of 50% of the total project cost is required before work begins. For smaller projects under ₦20,000, full payment upfront may be required.
The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before the final deliverables (website files, source code, login credentials) are handed over to the Client.
If payment is not received within 7 days of an invoice due date, the Company reserves the right to pause or suspend work on the project. A late fee of 5% per week may be applied to overdue balances.
Upon receipt of full payment, the Client is granted full ownership of the final deliverables, including the website design and custom code created specifically for their project.
Some projects may include third-party components (themes, plugins, stock photos, fonts) subject to their respective licenses. The Client is responsible for maintaining valid licenses for such components after handover.
Crystal Web Solutions reserves the right to display completed projects in our portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing.
All work created by Crystal Web Solutions remains the property of the Company until full payment is received. The Client does not acquire any rights to the deliverables until all outstanding invoices are settled.
The Client agrees to:
