We understand that things happen. If you miss a payment, please contact us immediately. We will work with you on a catch-up plan. However, repeated missed payments (3+ months) may result in your website being temporarily suspended until the arrears are cleared.

During the 12-month payment period, the website is live and fully operational for your business use. Full legal ownership of all website files, code, and assets transfers to you completely once all instalments are paid.

Yes! You can upgrade to a higher PSS package at any time. Your existing payments will be credited toward the new plan, and you will only pay the difference going forward.

No! There are absolutely no setup fees or upfront charges under the Pay Small Small Scheme. You only pay your monthly package amount.

Payments can be made monthly via bank transfer, Paystack, or any agreed payment method. We will send you a payment reminder at the start of each month with the account details.

Absolutely! If you choose to pay off the remaining balance early, you receive a 10% discount on the outstanding amount. Early payment is always encouraged.

You may cancel at any time. If you cancel, you keep access to the website until the end of the current billing month, but you will not receive a refund for months already paid. The website will be suspended upon cancellation and all files returned to you.

Once your application is confirmed, your website will typically be live within 3–7 business days, depending on the complexity of your package and how quickly you provide your content.
